Some short terms need context. A motion is a written request for a court order. A continuance is a delay of a hearing or trial. A disposition is the final result of a claim or charge. A judgment is a final court decision, often with money or rights determined.
Randolph County Docket Courts
The official Odyssey court list shows Randolph Circuit Court and Randolph Superior Court in Odyssey since December 13, 2021. It also lists abolished Randolph County Court, Randolph/Winchester City Court, and Randolph/Union City City Court identifiers. Winchester City Court is treated as abolished in local court materials, while Union City City Court remains a local court identifier in the state system.

Read Randolph County Dockets
Read the court name first. Randolph Circuit and Randolph Superior do not receive all case types in the same way. Superior Court receives misdemeanors, infractions, ordinance violations, small claims, and all Title 9 offenses unless they are tied to felony filing.

The docket may show the charging information, initial hearing, bond, plea, pretrial hearings, motions, trial settings, disposition, and sentencing.
