Randolph County Trial Courts

The local courts share the courthouse block at 100 South Main Street in Winchester. Circuit Court is listed in Room 301 on the third floor. Superior Court is listed on the third floor. Search Randolph Court Cases

Randolph Circuit Court and Randolph Superior Court are searchable in MyCase. The Odyssey list shows court identifiers 68C01 and 68D01, both live in Odyssey on December 13, 2021. MyCase allows searches by case number, citation number, cross-reference number, party name, business name, attorney number, attorney name, case status, and file-date range.

MyCase is not the official court record. The portal warns that public information may contain errors or omissions and that official records must come from the maintaining court. For Randolph County, the maintaining court is usually Circuit Court or Superior Court, with the Randolph County Clerk serving as the copy and filing access point for many practical requests.
